At BST, each piece is custom produced or released in limited quantities. To preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and craftsmanship of our collections, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any items once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details carefully before completing their purchase. If you have questions about fit, materials, or timelines, please contact us prior to ordering.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation. Verified issues will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
