CANCELLATION & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All Pre-Order and Custom items are made to order and enter production once the pre-order window closes or the custom design is approved. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once production has begun.

Design Deposit

Custom Orders require a non-refundable design deposit. This deposit covers mockup services and revisions and compensates for creative time and production preparation. The design deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once a custom design is approved and production begins, the order is final and non-refundable.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase or approval. If a Pre-Order is delayed more than 14 days beyond the estimated delivery window, you may request a full refund prior to shipment. Custom Orders are non-refundable once production begins.

If unforeseen delays arise, we will communicate proactively with updated timelines. Our commitment is transparency and delivering the quality you expect from BST.

By placing a Pre-Order or Custom Order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
