BST reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, branding, or services without express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and fit may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences.

All products are offered in limited quantities and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

By placing an order, you authorize BST to charge your selected payment method at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale intent, or policy violations.

If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

4. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

Pre-Order and Custom items are produced specifically for the customer and are subject to our Pre-Order and Cancellation Policies.

All design deposits are non-refundable.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5. All Sales Final

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless explicitly stated in our Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, graphics, product names, and imagery, are the exclusive property of BST.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

BST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland.

9. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Resolution

By placing an order with BST, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider.

You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a transaction that complies with our stated policies — including Final Sale, Pre-Order, Custom Order, and Cancellation policies — constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, BST reserves the right to:

• Submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including order confirmations, policy agreements, IP address logs, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and design approvals.

• Suspend or permanently block future purchases from the customer.

• Recover the original transaction amount, chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a chargeback is filed and reversed in favor of BST, the customer remains responsible for any outstanding balances and associated costs.
