SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
In stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Pre-Order and Custom items follow the production timelines listed at checkout. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, conferences, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping & Carrier Delays
Once your package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier, BST no longer has control over transit times or delays.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method based on the production timeline listed on the product page.
We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges due to carrier delays, weather disruptions, service interruptions, or delivery exceptions once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. BST does not have access to additional tracking details beyond what is provided by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
BST is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within five (5) days of the marked delivery date.
Before contacting BST, please first reach out to your local carrier office to confirm they do not still have your package.
BST will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. Please note:

Carrier investigations may take up to 30 days to complete.

BST does not guarantee claim approval outcomes.

Refunds (if any) will be issued only in the amount approved and reimbursed by the carrier.
BST does not hold responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
BST is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers may choose to request signature-required shipping at checkout (if available) for added protection.
Free Shipping (If Applicable)
Free shipping promotions apply to qualifying orders within the United States unless otherwise stated.
In-Person & Conference Sales
All in-person and conference purchases are final and considered fulfilled at the time of transaction.
